After the investment institutions successfully unlocked the tokens of the private sale on July 23rd, we have thought about the feedbacks received from the community members and the institutions who are our early investors.
Due to the restrictions of the deposit and withdraw during the IEO period, many investors had a low equity flow for almost one month. Accordingly, the investment institutions and the community members demanded for an early release for the third period tokens which are supposed to be unlocked in October.
In this case, as investors and community members have a strong willingness to unlock the tokens of the third period in advance, adhering to the principle of fairness and fairness in the community and the bottom line, The Force Protocol has started a voting session to all the people concerned.
The result of the vote was announced in the community at 12 o’clock on July 25, 2019. The result of the vote indicated that more than half (82.5%) of the votes were agreed to unlock the tokens of the third period in advance.
According to the community resolution, we will release the tokens of the third period that should be unlocked to investors in advance within three days (July 25–27, 2019).

The total circulation of FOR is 1 billion, of which 225 million (22.5%) can be exchanged. The 0.5 million of the seed round will never be unlocked, and the private sale round of 175 million would be unlocked separately as listed below：

On July 23, 2019, 0.7 billion of the second phase was unlocked;
